We do not ship kittens as cargo. Ever. We've heard too many horror stories, and we're just not willing to take that risk with our babies. Yes, it limits options and sometimes costs more, but your kitten's safety and comfort is worth it. Flight nannies and ground transport mean your kitten has human supervision the entire journey.
We don't ship kittens until they're at least 12 weeks old, have had their vaccinations, and our vet has given them the all-clear for travel. Some kittens may need a bit longer depending on their development.
Safety first! If there's severe weather, we'll reschedule. We won't fly kittens if temperatures are too extreme (airlines have restrictions too) or if there are storms predicted. Your kitten can stay with us a few extra days at no charge.
Absolutely! This is actually our favorite option if you can swing it. You get to meet us, see our cattery, and bond with your kitten on the flight home. We'll even pick you up from the airport!

For families within driving distance of Austin – including Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and surrounding Texas cities – we're happy to arrange a meeting point or welcome you to our home for pickup. Many of our local adopters enjoy visiting the cattery, meeting our adult cats, and spending time with their kitten before taking them home.
Before any kitten leaves our cattery, they receive a thorough veterinary examination and health certificate required for air travel. We ensure they're well-fed but not overly full before their journey, and we include familiar items – a blanket with mom's scent, a favorite toy – to provide comfort during transport.
We also prepare detailed instructions for your kitten's first days at home, including feeding schedules, litter box setup, and tips for helping them adjust to their new environment. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible for both you and your new furry family member.
