How to Buy Siberian Kittens USA | Adoption Process

Step 1: Application

Tell Us About Your Family

Fill out our adoption application! We ask about your living situation, pet experience, and what you're looking for in a Siberian. This isn't a test – we just want to make sure we match you with the perfect kitten personality.

We respond to every application within 48 hours (usually much faster – I check my email way too often, honestly).

Step 2: Deposit

Join Waiting List or Reserve a Kitten

Two paths from here:

Waiting List ($500): If we don't have available kittens that match what you're looking for, join our waiting list for upcoming litters.
Reserve a Kitten ($1,000): If you've fallen in love with a specific available kitten, a $1,000 deposit reserves them for you!

Both deposits are non-refundable but applied to your final payment.

Step 3: Updates!

Watch Your Kitten Grow

This is the fun part! Once your kitten is reserved, you'll receive regular photo and video updates as they grow. We usually send updates weekly, but honestly, I get excited and send pictures more often than that.

You're welcome to visit your kitten in person too (by appointment) – they love meeting their future families!

Step 4: Vet Check

Final Health Check & Preparations

Before your kitten goes home, they receive:

Final veterinary examination
Age-appropriate vaccinations
Microchipping (registered to you)
Spay/neuter (if age-appropriate, or with contract)
Deworming and flea prevention

You'll receive all health records and our 2-year health guarantee documentation.

Step 5: Going Home!

Pick Up Your Fur Baby (12-14 Weeks)

The big day! Your final balance ($500-$1,000 depending on deposits) is due at pickup. Your kitten comes home with:

Starter kit (Royal Canin food, favorite toys, blanket with mom's scent)
Complete health records
TICA registration papers
Care guide & feeding instructions
Lifetime email support from Hannah

Step 6: Forever

Lifetime Support

Our relationship doesn't end when you drive away! We're here for questions, concerns, or just to receive cute pictures of your kitten discovering their new home (we LIVE for these).

Vet questions at 2am? Behavior concerns? Just need to share that your cat did something ridiculous? We're a text away. Always.

What to Expect When You Get Home

Day 1

First 24 Hours

Your kitten may be a little overwhelmed! We recommend setting up a small "base camp" room first. They'll likely hide, sleep a lot, and may not eat much. Totally normal!

Week 1

First Week

Confidence builds quickly! Expect lots of exploration, play sessions, and cuddle attempts. Stick to their regular food schedule and let them adjust at their own pace.

Week 2+

After 2 Weeks

Full kitten chaos mode engaged! They'll have figured out the house, claimed their favorite spots, and probably stolen at least one hair tie. Welcome to cat parenthood!
