A Different Experience
Years later, I found a breeder in Arizona who gave me a very different experience. I visited her cattery, saw how clean and well cared for it was, and had the chance to ask questions. She shared veterinary records, and I took time to review the information before adopting.
That experience helped me feel ready to welcome a Siberian again. It also showed me how much openness and support can mean to someone choosing a kitten.
The more we learned about Siberians, the more we wanted to share our love for them with other families. Today, that same enthusiasm is part of Fluffy Siberian Kittens. We would love to be part of your Siberian journey, too. Read more about Siberians and allergies.
Why I Started Fluffy Siberian Kittens
After several more years with the breed, I decided to begin my own breeding program. I welcomed a male from another breeder I trusted and started building Fluffy Siberian Kittens here in Lubbock, Texas.
Today, I have three years of breeding experience. Our breeding king and queen are tested for genetic conditions, and I care deeply about thoughtful breeding, veterinary care, and sharing information with the families who come to us.
Fluffy Siberian Kittens is not currently a member of The International Cat Association (TICA) or the Cat Fanciers’ Association (CFA), but we plan to register in the future. In the meantime, we follow their guidance on responsible breeding and care. We want families to be clear about our current status as our cattery grows.
I cannot promise that a cat will never become ill. What I want to offer is the care, clear communication, and support I needed when I was searching for a kitten myself. Kiara and Milo are part of the reason this cattery exists, and I carry their memory into the work I do.
